STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
I use a variety equipment for resistance training for muscle,
strength building and conditioning. Equipment includes gymnastics rings, TRX , kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and battle ropes. A solid foundation is built, developing a solid base using your own bodyweight.
Doing rounds on pads is a client favourite and a staple in our circuits. Wether you're a serious boxer, or just looking to hit the pads as a fun way to burn calories, I can help. For those serious about improving, we cover every aspect from footwork drills to film study.
With a level 3 qualification in nutrition for exercise I provide guidance on mindset and eating to support your training. I make sure you lose fat whilst preserving that hard earned muscle. The high intensity circuits are always varied so you're challenged and engaged in a safe setting.
The prep work is taken very seriously to make sure you're injury free and performant. We do work on glute activation, shoulder and core stability after every warm up. After an initial mobility assessment, we mobilise key areas and do corrective exercises for areas of imbalance.
