I cover all parks in the Hackney area. As well as the main parks in E5, E8 and E9, Hackney has a total of 58 open air spaces.
Rainy day? Need a heavier lifting session? Iiterally have you covered. I have access to a quiet, private gym in Dalston, and also a quiet covered car park in Clapton.
I'm fortunate to have this park as my local. Most sessions take places in the multi use area, where there's a flat, even surface to run in and structural support for use of equipment.

One of my favourite locations. Many know this park as the epicentre of one of the most vibrant places in London. If you're lucky enough to be able to train here on a weekday mid morning, you get to experience the beauty and the silence.

An incredible location, Millfields connects Hackney's Chatsworth road to the canal and the wilderness of the marshes. This is another area of flat surface, great for boxing and running with structural support for use of equipment.
