Do you only operate in Hackney?

Currently yes.

What do you do if it rains?

You might be surprised to hear that rescheduled sessions due to bad weather are rare. I don't mind putting on my waterproofs and getting out if it's not torrential.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are marked as done. That said, if I ever have to cancel, that's a free cancellation for you next time around.

If something significant comes up which means you can’t train then I’m not going to be unreasonable. 

What shall I bring?

Water is essential. Comfortable, breathable clothing is best to wear. I strongly advise clients to bring their own mat. 

What about when it's cold out?

I recommend a merino wool base layer, a breathable mid layer and a light shell outer layer. Light thermal gloves are sometimes handy. Any type of running shoe will work.

And when it's hot?

Believe it or not, it's better to train in the cold. On hot days we train in shaded areas. I advise clients to bring two bottles of water - one from the freezer and one from the fridge. The frozen bottle is to hold between sets to keep yourself as cool as possible.

How do you like to be paid?

I accept both cash and transfer. The discounted 10 pack rate is based on payment up front anytime before the block of 10 sessions start.

What's your availability like?

The peak time are weekday mornings, the days start as early as 6am. Weekday daytimes are where I currently have the best availability. Saturday mornings are rare, and it's usually in the case of rescheduled sessions.

I've never exercised in my life can I still train?

Of course, I enjoy and have years of experience working with all ranges of clients from sedentary to active. We start slowly, build fundamentals and progress at your natural pace.

How do you schedule your sessions?

I arrange sessions every Sunday for the week ahead (prompt responses are immensely appreciated).
