Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people from pure boxing training to those looking to lose weight, and I constantly adapting my program to the needs of my clients.

I’ve been training with Marcus for a little over a year and it has definitely been one of the better things I’ve done for myself. From learning the fundamentals of boxing to high intensity training and mobility exercises. Marcus has also given me nutritional tips, gym workout routines and exercises I could do to strengthen a bad knee. Overall a perfect experience!
